Who we are and what we provide

RegOPC (睿錫科技有限公司) is a Taiwan-registered company established on 20 May 2026, based in Taipei City. PinBean Camera is a WeChat mini program for turning selected photos into bead patterns and editing them. The Midnight Room is a bilingual Tarot and journaling experience featuring Elara, a virtual character. These terms apply to our website and current product beta; additional feature terms will be shown when relevant.

Adults and reflective entertainment

The Midnight Room is only for adults aged 18 or older. Tarot and generated interpretations are for entertainment and self-reflection, not predictions or medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. Use your own judgment and seek an appropriately qualified professional when needed.

Public beta and free guest use

The public beta allows one new Tarot reading per browser guest, tracked by a service cookie and server-side allowance. Saved readings and the local journal remain accessible afterward. An optional AI interpretation is subject to service availability and one provider attempt for that reading; failed AI processing may leave a local guided reading available. There is no promise of unlimited AI retries or follow-up conversations. Further access is by contacting richard@regopc.com; automated account registration and payments are not enabled.

A separate access-code beta remains restricted to invited testers. An email enquiry does not itself create an account, grant an invitation or make a purchase. Features, limits and availability may change during beta. Development screenshots are dated and may differ from the current interface.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, patterns, questions and journal entries you create or provide, subject to any rights others hold in source material. You give us only the permission needed to process that content to provide the functions you request, including necessary processing by the disclosed service providers. You are responsible for having the right to submit source material. AI output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection; we do not promise exclusive rights in generated material.

Responsible use and access controls

Do not submit unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the service, access another person’s information, or bypass access codes, guest allowances or other controls. Do not create repeated browser identities to evade the free-use limit. Access to the public site does not grant access to private beta, administrative or other restricted functions. We may limit access when reasonably needed to protect the service or address misuse.

Privacy and local records

Read our Privacy Notice for the data used by each feature. Browser-local records may be lost if you clear storage, switch devices or the browser cannot save them. Keep your own copy of anything important. A request to remove data held by us cannot remotely erase local records or recall content already processed by an independent provider.

Availability and limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, beta services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted service, error-free output or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend or end beta features and will communicate material changes where reasonably practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RegOPC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the beta, and its liability is limited to direct loss that was reasonably foreseeable. These limits do not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for intentional misconduct. Any statutory rights you have remain unaffected.

Site materials and third parties

The website design, original text and product materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may link to our public pages; uses permitted by law remain permitted. Third-party names and links do not imply endorsement. WeChat, hosting, AI and other external services have their own applicable terms.

Contact and changes

For questions, problems or requests, contact richard@regopc.com. We may update these terms when the service changes; the effective date below identifies this version. We do not use a change to these terms to remove rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.
