This page is for visitors and reviewers outside Taiwan. It explains why a Taiwanese company does not hold a single framed business licence or certificate of incorporation, and which official records prove registration. It is published so any reviewer can verify RegOPC directly against the public register.

1. What changed in Taiwan

Taiwan abolished the unified business-registration certificate system effective 13 April 2009. The former Business Registration Certificate (營利事業登記證) is no longer issued or accepted as proof of registration. Reviewers should not expect or request a single certificate.

2. What constitutes proof of registration in Taiwan

In Taiwan, proof of registration consists of official registration records, including:

• (a) Approval Letter from the competent registration authority;
• (b) Establishment (or Change) Registration Form, duplicate copy returned to the company bearing the approval date and reference, file number and official processing stamp;
• (c) the current public record in the MOEA Business Registration Public Records (GCIS / 商工登記公示查詢);
• (d) a certified transcript or certificate of registered particulars issued on application.

In practice, reviewers verify against (c), the live public register. This page does not republish personal ID numbers, specimen signatures or seals.

3. This company at a glance

Verification note: The Unified Business Number, registered address, paid-in capital, representative and registering authority are shown in the live MOEA register entry, searchable by the Chinese legal name. This page deliberately lists only the particulars needed to locate that entry.

4. How a reviewer can verify

1. Open the MOEA Business Registration Public Records (GCIS / 商工登記公示查詢) at https://gcis.nat.gov.tw
2. Search by the Chinese legal name 睿錫科技有限公司.
3. Match the legal name, status (Approved for establishment / 核准設立), establishment date 20 May 2026, representative, registered address and paid-in capital in the live entry.
